Mann Objecta's proposal for the support and development of a new CI (Corporate Identity) and SI (Store Identity) concept for an Asian car brand reached the second round of a requested pitch. The design combines traditional Japanese heritage with modern design and sustainable practices.
The concept for 2025 aims to harmoniously combine tradition and innovation, with a focus on corporate values such as teamwork, innovation and environmental protection. It encompasses the central areas such as front office, back office, reception, showroom, sales, service and warehouse in the functional flow of the dealership in order to create a coherent brand experience.
The interior design aims to create a flexible and modular space that adapts to different functions and customer groups. Sound-absorbing POS elements, furniture and wall segments as well as structuring ceiling elements with integrated lighting and electrical installations. Modular room dividers and furniture optimize zoning and product presentation.
The exterior architecture relies on sustainable elements to strengthen the brand presence and promote environmental friendliness. New buildings and conversions follow ecological principles with clear signaling and energy-efficient lighting. Green façades provide shade, noise reduction and climate regulation. Electric columns and PV systems support the use of renewable energies, while rainwater collection systems help to conserve resources.
The sales strategy combines traditional and digital platforms for improved customer interaction. Information is still initially communicated via analog brochures in combination with digital channels; and test drives offer hands-on experiences. Service solutions include flexible options and strong brand guarantees that create long-term trust among customers.
