Hamburg, March 9, 2023 - As a member of the erfa1 circle of the German Shopfitting Association (dLv), we recently had the opportunity to visit some remarkable stores in Hamburg and take a closer look at their concepts. The store checks took us through various sectors and offered interesting insights into current shopfitting trends and innovative technologies.
Our tour began at Mutterland, a charming delicatessen offering local specialties and high-quality delicacies. The rustic ambience and the loving presentation of the products immediately captivated us and left a lasting impression.
We continued on to Ladage & Oehlke, a traditional men's outfitter that has stood for quality and style for over 100 years. Here we were able to marvel at the skillful combination of classic store design and modern elements that make the store look contemporary and inviting.
The Lynk & Co pop-up store at the town hall surprised us with its innovative yet minimalist concept. The selected car-related products were attractively presented and the temporary nature of the store created a special atmosphere.
Another highlight of our tour was the Carhartt WIP store on Poststrasse. Here, the American workwear label has created an impressive flagship store that impresses with a successful combination of industrial materials and modern design.
At the end of our store checks, we visited the busy Bonprix digital store in Mönckebergstraße. There we were introduced to the various technologies that enable customers to enjoy a seamless and personalized shopping experience. Unfortunately, this exciting store will close its doors in summer 2023 - a loss for Hamburg's shopping landscape.
In summary, the store check with the dLv's erfa1 group provided exciting insights into a wide variety of shopfitting concepts and technologies. It showed us once again how important it is to constantly develop and be open to new ideas and trends in order to be successful in the highly competitive retail sector.
