Sales Manager (m/f/d) in the shopfitting / contract furnishing sector

  • Narrow Cooperation with internal departments (planning, production, assembly)
  • Representation of the company at Trade fairs and customer events
  • Regular travel within the sales territory
- What do you bring with you -
  • Ideally completed Technical trainingor a corresponding Study in the technical, possibly creative field (e.g. design / interior design, interior fittings, wood technology, architecture, etc.)
  • Well-founded Industry knowledge in shopfitting / contract furnishing, an understanding of installation technology is required
  • Perseverance, enjoyment and „bite“ in customer acquisition as well as a service mindset during a long-term customer relationship
  • Good communicative understanding paired with the quality of good listening
  • Pronounced Ability to work in a team, Experience in project coordination is desirable, but not a must
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented action
  • Empathic demeanor, openness towards customers and colleagues
  • Analytical, structured and disciplined Mode of operation
  • High degree of Flexibility and Willingness to travel
